Summer Workouts resume TOMORROW

We are excited to get our Summer Strength and Conditioning program back up and running tomorrow morning. We will begin at 9:00, the same as we did in June, and for any athletes 7th-12th that are wanting to get extra reps running routes and catching passes we will be continuing our throwing at 8:30, just as we did the last two weeks of June. We look forward to seeing everyone there for workouts as we look to make one last big push before we kick off another sport year.
