We are currently in the process of putting together a daily workout plan that all athletes can do at home during this suspended period. These workouts will consist of upper body & lower body lifts, core work, speed, agility & conditioning. Every day there will be a warm up and workout posted here on Team App complete with sets, reps, & links to YouTube videos so you know how to do each exercise. Look for these workouts to be posted everyday around Noon. The first one will drop later today.

We will continue to keep everyone up to date on our school, sports, and practice situation.
